At Superfine Construction, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality construction and service solutions. However, due to the nature of our work (customized projects, labor, and material-based services), our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Service Orders & Advance Payments
Once an order is confirmed and an advance payment is received, it is considered final.
Advance payments are used for procurement of raw materials, manpower allocation, and project planning.
Hence, advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
2. Project Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your project/service after confirmation, you must notify us in writing (via email) within 48 hours of placing the order.
Any cancellation request received after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
If cancellation is approved within the allowed time frame, administrative charges (up to 20% of the project cost) will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank processing time may vary, and we are not responsible for any delays from the bank/payment gateway side.
4. Service Issues / Disputes
In case of service issues, poor quality, or disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us directly at info@superfineconstruction.com / +91-879 506 8946.
We will attempt to resolve the issue through rework, service correction, or mutual agreement.
Monetary refunds will be considered only if the service has not been initiated.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
